Small but mighty. The cottage had everything I could need and was a great landing spot for a tired mama. There are other homes nearby, but no noise or issues at all. Sandra was very communicative and gave directions based on where I was diving in from.

Perfect little spot to go and visit the sand dunes. Easy to find, very clean, and everything you need for a a great stay near the national park!

Adorable cottage, and exactly what I needed. It was quiet, safe, and just a few steps away from Adams State, so I didn’t have to drive or worry about parking. The hosts were very responsive when I reached out. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay again if it’s available the next time I’m in the area. Thanks Carly and Donnie.

Such a cute little house! Had everything we needed for our one night stay after visiting the Sand Dunes. It did get a little loud being right across from Walgreens but turning on the fans took care of that easy! Would recommend!
