Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

In San Marco area on Venice and everything you could want to do in Venice. Apartment was clean and well organized with a fabulous view of the canal and gondolas. Laundry was located on the top floor and my children really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Letizia’s apartment was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet spot but minutes away from transport and tourist spots. It was tastefully decorated and well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. The tiny terrace was perfect for sitting out and watching the swallows fly past in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Would definitely recommend and we may well return.

Yayoi was super helpful. Very detailed instructions how to find the air bnb. As confusing as Venice can be. Easy directions on how to enter Any questions we had she was fast to respond. We attended a wedding so it was in the perfect location close to the venue. Super quiet, never heard the neighbours.

This was my favorite spot on our Europe trip this summer. Thoughtful details great spot to unwind after hours of walking in Venice.. the location is great and walkable to so much Venice has to offer.. Around the corner there are some great restaurants and wine bars that Host recommended. Sara was fast in responding and a great host! We will definitely come back and stay!

We had the best 2 night stay at Luca's place. It is a beautiful little apartment and was plenty big enough for the 2 of us with a beautiful little courtyard. It is a great location, central enough that you can walk to everything but just far enough from the bustling centre to have a peaceful stay. It was 30 degrees while we were there, and even though the apartment doesn't have AC, we found the ceiling fans kept the space perfectly cool. Luca was an incredible host. His local knowledge and recommendations were perfect, the breakfast spots especially were wonderful. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive in Venice until really late but he was still happy to check us in and show us around the space, which we really appreciated. I would highly reccomend Luca's place to anyone thinking of staying in Venice. It made our stay really special!

Nicole is the best host! Her place is spotless, quiet and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved staying on Giudecca away from Venice crowds but with great things to do and great restaurants. We would recommend Nicole’s place to anyone.

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Venice overlooking canals and most of Venice. The large private balcony was the highlight of the apartment . It is a short distance away from the busy tourist areas but these are easily accessible. There were loads of lovely places to eat close by and supermarkets to buy supplies. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in einem sehr schönen, charmanten Appartement in einem schönen ruhigen Wohnquartier in einem noch lebendigen Viertel von Venedig. Super gut gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Apartment ist praktisch und sehr gut gelegen. Gleichzeitig ist es ruhig. Man hat alles was man braucht. Andrea war sehr bemüht, freundlich und immer sofort erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

La casa di Eleonora è piccolina, ma gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e ci sono due bei poggioli per fare colazione fuori e per stendere le cose dopo la spiaggia, che ampliano lo spazio a disposizione. Ma il vero pregio è quello di essere direttamente sul mare. In 2 minuti sei in spiaggia, Eleonora ci ha fornito un ombrellone e due lettini nella spiaggia adiacente, che non è poco!! Allo stesso tempo a 50 metri dal palazzo c’è la via con tutti i ristoranti e bar, e proprio vicino c’è un supermercato. Insomma l’ideale, parcheggi la macchina nel posto riservato sotto il palazzo e arrivi ovunque a piedi. Per qualche giorno di vero relax é perfetta!!

Wir können Gerard nur wärmstens empfehlen ! Super schön eingerichtet ! Mit Prosecco, typischen Gebäck und Kaffee wurde man empfangen. Gerard antwortet immer zeitnah und gibt einem wertvolle Tips für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Chioggia hat sich seinen italienischen Charme zum Glück noch erhalten . Immer eine Reise wert .

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

This place is a wonderful peaceful gem. The gardens are a delight, so beautiful, along with the exemplary facilities like the outdoor kitchen, complete with everything you would need. outdoor sofas , and seating areas, the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, all pure Luxury , as was the apartment. Everything you could have wanted was there for you , the attention to detail first class. And the host was wonderful. Huge thank you, we will be back 😊

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!
