It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

Villa Oleanda

Villa Oleanda is in a magnificent central location overlooking the canal. It is a 5-minute walk along the waterfront to Alcúdia's main street, known as Bellvue, which is full of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The extras are 60 euros for cleaning and 10 euros more or less per day for electricity.
