Holiday rentals with a patio in Balearic Islands

The host's description was very detailed, and the answers to the questions were very quick and accurate. The accommodation was as comfortable as my own home, and I especially liked the facilities such as the balcony, living room, and swimming pool. And the host was very kind, so it was a meaningful honeymoon. Thank you very much.

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Especially nice was the terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for unwinding. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so you sometimes have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Fantastic place. The views were amazing, very bright, clean, with all you may need. Great location. Overall a perfect place to stay for your Menorca vacation. I highly recommend it. Elena was super responsive when contacted.

We spent an amazing 4days in this cute apartment right on the promenade in Es Pujol.Francisco's wife was Cristina was our contact.She was very responsive when we asked questions prior to our arrival and offered to pick us up from the ferry.Superstar lady! She personally howed us everything in the flat,sent us local recommendations..just what we like when staying in Airbnbs. The view from the terrace is incredible, overlooking the bay and it's crystal clear water , beautiful sunrise. The apartment was super clean throughout,the beds very comfy,(even the sofa bed)she set them up as we have requested. prior to our arrivals.The kitchen had all utensils that you could need,there is a Dolce Gusto so bring some pods if you need your morning coffee. We came just as the season begun, the promenade is lively up until midnight so it's not for those who want peace and quiet . We would definitely return! Thanks for having us!

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. The beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris for the second time and had another great vacation!

This Airbnb was outstanding. It’s hard to think of any negatives. The view was incredible. The location was walkable to the marina, nearby beaches, restaurants and the light house. It felt super private even though it was a shared condominium complex. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. Our stay in Formentera was a real bohemian dream. Exactly what we were hoping for .. unrushed and nowhere to be most of the time … many stunning beaches minutes away. A very slow rhythm. The private patio provided a real haven to come and go with everything so close ( San Francesco (town ), Cala Saona (beach) being the closest ) but yet seemingly far away .We were happy to be on this side of the island , though of course it’s easy to explore it all and worth it . Outdoor shower ! Yes ! A very nice experience in nature that felt inherent to its surroundings . We were only indoors to cook and sleep .. i love the way the kitchen feels designed like a boat kitchen and the story behind it …definitely spaces with history . Thank you Nick and Pascale , we felt welcomed and comfortable and very much at ease . We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy - perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We spent some incredible days in Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm surroundings were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.

Jennifer was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and was very helpful. The apartment is stunning with the most amazing views across the bay and was beautifully presented. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows and a very well equipped kitchen. Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!
