Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alfedena

We stayed at the StePa house this weekend, Paola immediately turned out to be a very helpful and kind person. The apartment located in the residence la Ginestra is complete with every comfort, warm, cozy, very clean. We found everything a large family like mine needs, from two bathrooms, to the kitchen, to two very comfortable sofas in the living room to relax back from a day on the skis. I highly recommend StePa house. We will definitely be back

The apartment is comfortable, clean, renovated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host's guidance was accurate and helpful. I would choose it for a future vacation in Castel di Sangro and its surroundings.

the house is located in the historic center, quiet and very nice. Our hostess Loredana was very attentive and precise in the directions. In the apartment there is everything, the kitchen is very comfortable and functional. You sleep a marvel in the comfortable double beds, one in the attic with bathroom and the other downstairs. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a week full of tranquility and relaxation

We booked for one night due to the proximity to the Ovindoli ski resort (30 min) but, even if for a short time, everything was perfect. Luigi was very helpful and very kind, in addition to allowing us to arrive after midnight, he made us find a gem of a house. Clean, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bed and breakfast ready for the next morning. What can I say, it felt like home, we'll definitely be back if we need to.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

I stayed 3 nights in Claudia's apartment with my daughter. Claudia is an affable and caring host who welcomed us with all the right information and directions to spend a vacation in the beautiful scenery of the Abruzzo mountains. The house is cozy, super clean and equipped with everything you need and more. Anversa degli Abruzzi is a small village nestled in the Sagittario Gorges where time still has value and people have a natural empathy and desire to help strangers.

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

I found the house in great condition. The property has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this atypical house with great spaces and a beautiful garden. The hosts are very welcoming ( meal scheduled for our late arrival) and adorable. A big thank you to Marco for his kindness, his availability . He guided us well to discover this beautiful region. Now, thanks to him, we know how to make gnocchi!

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

Federica's accommodation is in a beautiful location in the heart of Pescasseroli and is equipped with any comfort it has been renovated with great care. You can see that it is a house lived with Love. I had a very good time

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

doesn't look like much from the outside but quite nice inside. my only comment is about the small beds in the two-bed room. fine for kids, but not that comfortable (or large) for an adult. and I'm a small adult used to more room so take my words with some salt.

We stayed in this house in Roccaraso and had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting to the slopes. A big thank you to the host, kind and helpful, who allowed us to stay past checkout time due to an unexpected circumstance. Highly recommended!

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

Delightful apartment A Rocca di Mezzo, 10 minutes from the slopes (specifically Campo Felice, but I also imagine Ovindoli). Wide availability of parking a few steps from the accommodation, very quiet area and warm apartment. Clear and quick host in the provisions. I recommend 10/10

One of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I've ever been to. Enviable location, perfect for a weekend in the mountains with the family. Lots of treats, from game machines to board games, to spend time and have fun. Really unbeatable value for money. We look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thank you very much
