Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest for a day or stay a week!

Designed as our honeymoon/bridal suite, this property is part of our wedding venue. **The property will not be available if a wedding is booked. It's great location is less than a mile from I-40 and is just a couple of miles from HWY 111 in the fabulous town of Cookeville. The wonderful setting has a feel of being a million miles away. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Anita’s place was a beautiful and peaceful getaway! The view of the mountains was stunning, and we were lucky to catch some rain during our stay—it created a magical smoky effect between the mountains that made the scenery even more breathtaking. The cabin is very private and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

My German Shepherd and I have stayed here twice now. We have had everything we needed, and were very comfortable. Lori was so friendly and helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond helping me find local places to eat. The location has a lot more outside space than I had realized. If it hadn’t been raining, I’d have loved to sit out in the large yard area! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself—but it absolutely deserves the recognition! This stay was a dream come true. It felt completely off the grid yet still had all the comforts we needed. Secluded, peaceful, and beautifully serene. From the scenic drive in to the spotless home, the thoughtful layout, the inviting covered porches, and the soothing sounds of the nearby river—every detail was perfect. There were even extra activities and spaces to enjoy that made the stay even more special. We’ve been exploring local Airbnb stays for months, and Rosette and Martin’s home is hands down the best we’ve found. We’ll definitely be back—next time, we plan to spend even more time walking and relaxing by the river!
