There is a large patio on the untouched back with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. Takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden where more grocery stores and shopping centers are located. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda sands camping. Please bring own linen and towels!

But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coasts, 3 km to a grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and a large, lovely patio. Wi-Fi, games and sports equipment are available.

Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!
