Welcome to this newly built house on the sun and the island of winds. Fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine. One double bed, a double sofa bed and a junior bed in its own sleeping loft. You have a large wooden deck with seating area and barbecue where you can cozy up maybe after a day at the beach. In the unlikely event that there is Netflix, etc. Here you live quiet and comfortable and have a perfect starting point for excursions on the island. Several beaches where the nearest is about 3 km away. 25 km to Borgholm, 11 km to Kalmar, 7 km to Färjestaden.

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!
