A GROUND FLOOR ROOM IN THE CENTER OF AYVALIK. 2 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BAZAAR. SARIMSAKLI BEACH IS 15 MINUTES AWAY BY CAR. CUNDA ISLAND IS ALSO 15 MINUTES AWAY BY CAR. THE ROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM AND TOILET, BUT IT IS NOT INSIDE THE ROOM, IT IS OUTSIDE THE ROOM AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS. IT IS A PRIVATE WC FOR THIS ROOM ONLY, NO ONE ELSE USES IT. IT IS A ROOM LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR. IT IS NOT A LUXURY ROOM, BUT IT IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO TRAVEL AND DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MUCH ON ACCOMMODATION
