"Home" in Ayvalik Macaron

Right in the center of Ayvalik, very close to everything and very far away. Its proximity to all the attractions and exploration and fun is also ideal for relaxing with its location in the neighborhood. Our house, which is converted from the old stone warehouse, has everything you need. Heat pump for winter, stone walls for summer and air conditioning... Downstairs lounge, separate kitchen and dining table, garden out of the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs, double bed in each room, large bathroom, dressing room. The water is not cut due to its location, the water flow will never decrease.

You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

Our house is located in Ayvalik, Altinova neighborhood, boiler site. It is detached and garden. The house is by the sea and is a view of Lesvos Island and Sarimsakli. The sea cannot be accessed, but the beaches of Sarimsakli and Altinova are 5 minutes away by car. The house has a living room and 3 bedrooms. Both rooms have a ceiling fan. There is personal parking, parking on the street is no problem. The house is located in a peaceful and tranquil location.

Located in Pateriça 2nd village, 20 meters from the sea, our house is a peaceful place where you can only listen to nature among the olive groves. In the region without electricity, the energy needs of the house are obtained with the solar panels on the roof. Since there is no mains water, the water requirement is also provided from the tank.
