Ayvalık Greek House - built in 1886

It is a Greek house built in 1886 with its original texture preserved and a historical scent. Restoration works were completed in September 2020. The floors are made of pine wood from the time the house was built. The first floor of the building is stone upper floors (bağdadi) are wooden. It has a natural air conditioning due to this feature. On the 1st floor, there is a living room, kitchen and kitchen table. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. Hot water is available 24/7 in the bathroom. The house is in the historical bazaar.

Our house is a very comfortable house in a residential area in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and comfortable space has been created with antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. There are beds for 5 adults and 1 baby. The garden is reserved for our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy cooking your meals, or if you wish, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., explore the historical texture of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Our residence is for a maximum of 5 people and there is no parking problem. The walking distance to the center is 5 minutes. The house is heated with electric radiators Minimum stay is 2 nights. Please read the House Rules. Check-in is between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Check-out is at 11:00 am, and a 1-day fee is charged if the check-out time is extended.
