first of all, Ms. Didem pays attention to everything in fine detail as if she is hosting you in her home, not like a customer. After settling in the house, she asked if we had a request. First of all, the house is very good and very clean. There is everything that should be equipped in a house. In terms of location, it is within walking distance to the beach , grocery stores, and bakeries in the garlic area. For Ayvalık and Cunda, you can go by public transportation from the garlic bus station within an average of 15 minutes walking distance. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely prefer it again for the next holiday plan.

The house was quite big. It had a pleasant terrace and patio. It was very clean and useful. It was quite close to the sea. It would be better to come by car.

We had a nice holiday as a family in a very nice house. We were met with a very nice interest and information that started immediately after the reservation. After going to Cunda, Ms. Meltem helped with everything. We have encountered more than what was promised in many areas. We will go again. The only thing that can be said is that if you have a large vehicle or you are planning to travel around with the vehicle during your stay, there are open parking lots below, we discovered a little late.(In the meantime, the hotel has a parking lot, which is quite sufficient)

We stayed with two families in this amazing house and enjoyed a lot! Perfect location just 10min far away from ferry and has private access to beach, perfectly design and furnished home that you can find everything that you need! Definitely will visit again! Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought and put up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you are planning a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take towards the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. The villa is amazing! The rooms are confortable and cozy, the terrace with a view of the sea very relaxing. The city centre is accessible by car but the villa was so nice that we could have stayed home all weekend in the swimming pool! We especially enjoyed the barbecue by the pool and garden. Everything was taken care of by the host, even little attentions for the children. We definately recommend this place if you are travelling to Mytilini!
