The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We rent two more in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2025. It is centrally located in Allersberg. The outdoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and a bakery, butcher and a grocery store can also be found in 5 minutes. We offer a total of 5 beds divided into 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, filter coffee machine, kettle, stove, etc. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
