Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Although located in a residential setting adjacent to the city center, it enjoys a particularly quiet location as it is accessed from a private road where parking is possible.
