The perfect place to stay in North Atlanta. A completely detached, private apartment with everything you need to feel like you’re right at home. Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

The one suggestion I have is to have some pots and pans. We could not find a pan to make eggs! Nice touches throughout the unit, including waters in the fridge, nice fluffy towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner provided. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Kevin’s space was perfect for a weekend couples getaway! We were close to other homes but it still felt private. The space was cozy and inviting, we were able to cook meals and enjoy a couple movie nights there. The space is also close to Milton and crabapple restaurants and coffee shops/breweries so there were things to do outside very close by. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful with directions and instructions. 10/10 would stay here again, it was a great time.

Unique Retreat - Escape & Enjoy The Great Outdoors

We booked The Barn last minute on Memorial Day weekend. Abby was very flexible about our late arrival - we ended up being even later than expected. The home is just as shown in the pictures and was a great value. The beds and bedding we very cozy! The property is pristine and nestled in a wooded area with morning greetings from the hens in the chicken coop just outside the kitchen window. Abby was generally quick to respond but there were issues with the internet that never got resolved so we were reliant upon using our cell phone data only and were not able to use the TVs because they were streaming only. The bathroom is on the small side for such a spacious home but we (4 adults) made do. It was just what we needed for our weekend getaway! We would definitely visit again. P.S. There was a little stand at the entry to the driveway that was open on Sunday selling eggs, cookies & sourdough bread. We didn't get to try any of the goodies this time but thought it was a nice touch

Airbnb Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment, and it was a wonderful retreat for my trip. The space was not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for recuperating after a busy day. The location was extremely convenient, centrally situated to access all the key attractions and amenities we needed. Whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transport, everything was just a short distance away, making our exploration of the area effortless. The apartment itself was well-equipped, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great spot to unwind after a day of adventure!
