Monthly Rentals in Alqueria de Roca

This unique location is highly recommended! View of the marina and in reality even more beautiful than the pictures. The area is bustling with a few restaurants and coziness. We rented bikes (at Hola Rent a Bike in Valencia, also recommended) and cycled every day via various routes up and down to Valencia. You'll be there in a minute. Valencia is also easily accessible on foot. Of course you can also take the bus. The apartment is fully equipped. Glad you can do your laundry, make coffee or make an oven dish. Furthermore, Svetlana is a fantastic host. She is easily accessible, responds quickly, is thoughtful and helpful. In short: we'd love to come back here if we go back to Valencia!

For us with two dogs the place was perfect. The entire property was completely fenced and the two large dogs felt right at home.

our hosts were warm, friendly and showed such genuine hospitality. we felt immediately welcome and at home. They were generous with their home, information and offers of help. Our children mixed very well and thoroughly enjoyed their company. We hope to return some day.

I loved staying at Maria’s apartment and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It’s located in a beautiful area with excellent transport connections, making it easy to explore all that Valencia has to offer. Maria, was incredibly kind and always available whenever I had questions. She truly made the stay feel even more welcoming. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying short- or long-term. It really felt like a home away from home. Valencia itself is a great city that I’d highly recommend visiting. I’m grateful I got to spend time there, and I would absolutely stay at Maria’s place again!
