Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-fired stove as well as fridge. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bare sky. The cabin is provided with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity e.g. refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Airy and rustic with old beamed ceilings, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with your own barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking directly in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

Uninsulated cottage 30 miles from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop , restaurant , outdoor swimming pool and a large newly built playground . 1.8 km away is the owl cot lake. Fishing licenses are purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several bathing areas in the near area. Since the cabin is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5 April-October Sleeps 3 October-April. Bed sheets and shower towels are provided by the guest, but there are also duvets, pillows, and small towels.

Charming newly built house of 35m² with modern decor on large plot where you can relax by a fire next to the river. In the cottage there is room for 4 people - a bedroom with a king size bed and a sleeping loft with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with underfloor heating. In the living room there is both TV and fireplace. Air heat pump that provides extra heat or works as AC on warm summer days. Welcome!

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

A cozy house in a small village. The house is surrounded by a small piece of forest and has a nice big garden. The front faces south and the back almost feels like living in a cabin in the woods. With different colored floors and the white walls, it is not a house you come across very often. With lots of light coming in through the large windows and a mix of new and old furniture, it creates a cozy atmosphere! Perfect for 2 people with a small child or dog.

Great accommodation, very comfortable with the station that is just a stone's throw away and a great location in the village center. Large supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Perfectly equipped house with the possibility of car parking in the courtyard. Elisabeth is a great host with quick and clear responses. check-in and access to the apartment with a very useful code also for various daily trips.

A typical Swedish red mini house, but furnished with taste and with all the comforts kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. A small, cozy cabin in Julia's garden, overlooking the fields. There is also a nice terrace but unfortunately we could not enjoy it because it was too windy. Very discreet hosts, which is appreciable (but friendly and gives all the information).

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days to the fullest with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, bonfire and relaxation. It's really great to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son needed to have the annex / cottage to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!

We had a great time staying at Marion's cozy house. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Within walking distance is a middle sized supermarket, the beach is not that far away and you can make a trip to Kalmar and Öland with your car. The communication with Marion was easy and friendly. :) Although it did not bother us, a little hint for those of you who get bothered by brightness in their sleeping room: There are no real curtains or blinds for the windows.
