Freundliche, kleine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger, zentraler Lage in Zeitz, nur 30 Minuten mit dem Zug von Leipzig entfernt. Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen with access to the terrace, a living room, which is equipped with a sofa bed and a bathroom with window. These rooms are available for your exclusive use. However, the bathroom is not located directly next to the living rooms. Access is via a shared hallway.

Welcome dear guest to my quiet, stylish 2-room apartment in Connewitz. The apartment has a cozy south-facing balcony, a kitchen with dishwasher and built-in oven, 72-inch TV and box spring bed. But the best thing is the location! In 10 minutes you can reach the Leipziger Haussee (Cospudener See) by bike. Bicycles can be rented for a small extra charge. Good restaurants and bars can be found on the next corner.
