This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

In the neighboring village there are more shopping facilities. The Altmühl Valley Cycle Path is a few 100 m away. Distance to Ingolstadt (about 25 km) Distance to Kelheim (about 30 km) Distance to Regensburg (about 56 km) Distance to Riedenburg (about 16 km) There are some attractions in the surrounding area.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km / 2.5 miles), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. You can find more information about attractions and restaurants in the brochures in the apartment.

Falkennest-Haus

In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy beautiful hours in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest furnishings makes your stay a unique experience!

Enjoy the natural beauty around this historic place to stay. Welcome to the Schlössl in Beilngries! On a plateau on a slope above Beilngries stands this unique hunting lodge from the 17th century. In an absolutely secluded location, surrounded by the nature of the Altmühl Valley, you will find peace and quiet here. The park-like garden with terrace invites you to linger. The Schlössl is also the starting point for various cycling and hiking trails.

Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
