It is fully equipped (including bed linens and towels), has a great kitchen from Miele, Nespresso machine and a large smart TV. There is very good Wi-Fi and is ideal for home office (high-quality office chair, monitor and desk). Approx. 70 square meters, parquet flooring.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

From the apartment you can reach the train station, shops and good restaurants or the nearby park in a few minutes. In addition, the Volkswagen plant is only a few minutes drive from the apartment. Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
