The Hütte am Wald is a log cabin which, thanks to solid wood construction, creates a super pleasant indoor climate and, in addition to a pretty interior, also offers all comforts with a private sauna, fireplace and great amenities for all ages. Located on the sunny edge of the forest not far from Lake Fuschl, the Hütte am Wald offers a large garden with a private terrace, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Hofhalt Vacation Rental

From our apartment, which is located off the main road directly on the edge of the forest, you can walk to the center of Traunkirchen in 15 minutes, and also to other shops, a bakery and the doctor with an attached pharmacy in 15 minutes. The train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and a bus stop in 10 minutes. Public swimming areas in the Winkl district and in the center of Traunkirchen are also a few minutes away.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
