A private cabin located on two private ponds which are great for hanging out or catching bass, catfish, perch or crappie. The large pond is shared with other properties but there are flat bottom boats that can be used to explore both ponds. This cabin is great for getting away from it all. It is located just outside of Rusk, TX so it is still only about a 5 minute drive to town. There are speakers and lights outside for night time enjoyment and a fire pit for an evening fire. A secluded retreat!

Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SMOKE SENSITIVITY.
