Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alton

The Benton house was a great staging location for us. We needed to be in the area for a few nights with our 2 pups. The entire house was as described. We felt safe and secure. The fenced backyard was kept nice and provided a space for the pups to run around. We were able to walk a few blocks to eat and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a nice old house in a small town. We needed a place to stay while making funeral arrangements for a family member. It was perfect for us and peaceful. Much nicer than any of the hotels nearby and very reasonably priced.

Was an awesome stay wish we could have stayed longer! We felt right at home this was a perfect getaway! We will definitely be coming back!

This house was perfect for two families meeting up to do fun things around STL. There were toys, bunk beds and even potty seats which made it great for the littles. Super convenient location to quickly check out the zoo, botanical gardens, magic house, etc. We were able to park right outside the front door the majority of the time.

We reserved the home for my daughter and her bridesmaids to have a beautiful space to get ready for the wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless and so inviting. There was plenty of natural light which was perfect for makeup and photos. Erin was incredibly responsive to my questions. Could not have asked for anything more! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a home in Edwardsville.

The place was exactly as described and a very pleasant stay. There is some road noise but not a distraction to the peace and quiet. We saw numerous barges going by on the river. Very nice furnishings. Beds were comfortable. Plush towels. You have stairs to climb so do not rent if you have a heart problem. Restaurants were walkable. The Grafton Oyster Bar was delicious. We ate breakfast at the lodge in Pere Marquette State Park (could not find any other restaurant close by for breakfast) and there is no delivery for food in town. Overall we would most definitely come again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was easy to find, very comfortable. Rich and his co-host Darlene were very communicative. Would definitely stay again when we are in St Louis.

It was close to everything we needed to go to. I would stay here again if I were to travel to St. Louis.

We had a lovely stay at Bill’s home. It was a perfect space for our family, even with two little ones. The pool was fun and well maintained. Bill communicated clearly and proactively. We highly recommend.

Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

Louise was a phenomenal host, and her place is definitely a gem on Cherokee! I was there for about a month, and highly recommend for short or long stays. The bed is super comfy with a lot of natural light, quiet, and has all the attention to detail of one’s own home. The space was overall very cozy, felt secure with a garage for parking, and nestled in what may be the most charming street in St. Louis.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

This was my first stay in St. Louis and it was wonderful. Very accessible, very clean, and nonie and mike were very helpful. No snags in check out or check in and all around a very comfortable place! I’d recommend.
