Beautiful apartment that gives the feeling of having its own chalet with a beautiful south facing terrace facing the slopes of Boissonnet. Very nice living space, extremely well equipped kitchen (rarely seen so many dishes in an Airbnb rental), comfortable bedding. Access to the village in 10-15mn on foot or with free bus service. Note that with young children walking, you have to walk 5 minutes by the road to get to the boissonnet roundabout; which is not very comfortable. Great rental, we had a great time.

a small place we discovered with my companion and my dog and felt good immediately, there's everything we need to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the convenience of the city. I loved the many windows to open the area and admire the mountains. Ana Lena has been very helpful and communicative, we enjoyed our stay so much !

We really enjoyed our stay! We came to the apartement for 1 night to unwind from all the stress we had during the week. It was very clean, calm and private. The hosts were very gentle and they gave us all the important information in advance. We fully recommend the host and the location, there are really good restaurants nearby.

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
