Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Amancy

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Our highlight was the view from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting there for a long time in the evening and looking at the lake and the lights. Everything else was great and we didn't miss anything. The location was also very practical as a starting point for a bike tour. We can only recommend this place!

Stayed here one night for easy access to Chamonix after arriving from Geneva. The location was beautiful and was walkable to groceries. Hair dryer was provided which was nice. Felt like home!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

My son and I had an awesome/great time. It feels like we are in a 5 Star hotel. Beautiful, homely, breathtaking, lovely, pleasant, cozy, luxury, perfect place, exclusive, high quality, meticulously clean, calm surrounding. We say A Big Thank You To Liselotte and her husband, they are kindhearted, considerate, easygoing, friendly, amazing, and communicate easily. We will surely miss this beautiful, lovely home and we cannot wait to come back again and enjoy all the luxurious amenities.

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

This year we were dreaming of a Christmas in the snow and our wish was granted beyond our expectations! Thanks to Laure for putting her chalet at our disposal, warm and family, it met our expectations perfectly. Well located, it allowed us to take walks in beautiful sites nearby by car and skiing for our big kids. Laure was not present for our arrival, but had everything prepared (wood for the fire, small chocolates, snowshoes...) and she remained reachable at all times and very available. A special thought for her neighbor Hélène who welcomed us with exceptional kindness and advised us on the sites to visit. Small downside to the water heater that had a few wipes and the electric heater that can be adjusted in each room. We only used the wood burning stove, very efficient, but you have to be there to reload it. Apart from that, a dream vacation in an authentic cottage.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We spent a delightful week in Chamonix and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The apartment was spacious, stylish, and perfectly located—we loved being able to see and hear the river, and walk to restaurants, shops, and cafés with ease. The king-size bed was perfectly comfortable after long days of hiking and mountaineering, and the soaking tub and luxuriously oversized towels were such a treat. Our hosts went above and beyond, offering a thoughtful welcome gift (we still regret not having time to open the Prosecco!) and sharing tons of helpful info on activities for me while my husband was off on alpine adventures. We also appreciated the little touches like coffee pods and travel tissues. There was plenty of space to stretch out and comfortably relax after full days in the mountains. We would absolutely stay here again—it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and charm!
