Charming 40 m² accommodation, composed of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Guests can enjoy its 30 m² terrace, common to the 2 cottages.

Rouen is one hour away and the Normandy coast in continuity. The cottage is self-contained, next to owners' house.

An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Vous pourrez profiter du jardin partagé derrière la maison. Il se trouve à 4km de Gisors, où vous trouverez : boutiques, supermarchés, restaurants ... et aussi un château médiéval chargé d'histoire. Je dispose d'un garage pour entreposer les vélos.

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.
