Our house is located in the most beautiful area of Katapola, Xylokeratidi, has a southern orientation and is 30 meters from the sea. Although centrally located, it is characterized by tranquility. It is fully equipped and has two comfortable spaces, a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen-living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed. Outside there is a large terrace with outdoor dining, pergola and sea view.

It is located in a very quiet location which is a ten-minute walk from the village. (Cemented, illuminated road). Kitchenette for cooking and large sink in the outdoor area. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ενώ ξεχωρίζει το μπαλκονακι που έχει θέα το λιμάνι του νησιού !Τέλος σε κοντινή αποσταση απο το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων.
