Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Amsterdam

Great little apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Everything you could need are within walking distance including the train station.

The flat was just lovely. A wonderfully peaceful space away from the busy streets of Amsterdam. Extremely comfortable environment with the added bonus of being by a canal. Wonderfully equipped flat, with everything we needed available. Peaceful and quiet for good sleep. Close to shops.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

The location is very central. Walking to many places for 10-15 minutes. There is a metro and tram stop next to it. Central station is about 10 minutes on foot The house is beautifully and practically designed. It is very spacious and comfortable. The host is open to communication and responds very clearly and quickly. Just because it's on the street. It can cause the sounds of cars and young people passing by late at night. It's normal in summer. And there were mosquitoes because it was next to the canal. I recommend you bring a fly repellent. You open the windows in the heat. I was generally satisfied.

Coen was friendly and responsive, with a beautiful place that was well-located and easily walkable and accessible. We enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend Coen's place to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

We had a great stay at Reinoud's apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the tram and metro lines, making it very easy to get all over Amsterdam. Reinoud was a very responsive host, making sure that all was taken care of for us to access the apartment when we arrived and providing a comprehensive email regarding the apartment functions and nearby restaurants before we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay for our three person family. Mark's place was well appointed with plenty of space to unwind.

There is nothing much to say. Their place is amazing. They're extremely helpful, she informed us about everything about the house and the city. The house was tidy, towels and sheets were clean. The cats are the cutest!!

We enjoyed our stay in Mateern’s place it worked perfectly for us because it is not in a big city but at the same time you can drive to many places or just stay and relax in the area. They were very nice and helpful with everything. We had a great experience over all

This house has everything to offer to make the stay perfect! Perfect for families or even several people. It's very quiet and a beautiful area! The kitchen is fully equipped! It was sparkling clean and the cinema feeling and the garden rounded off the stay :) there is a lot to do : Giethoorn village Pancake House Hansel and Gretel Nordwijk (beach club and beach) Amsterdam Volendam Everything is easily accessible by car and beautiful destinations ! For us, the house was a dream and Peter was also very helpful! The area has unique houses that you can look at on a walk. There is also a Lidl and Albert Heijn 5 minutes away. So you can shop well! I hope we can return to this place!

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

Great apartment and excellent location! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood a little away from the more touristy areas, and being able to see a canal from the apt was wonderful.
