Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Amsterdam

Fijn verblijf gehad, we zaten dichtbij het centrum en alles was op loopafstand/met de bus te bereiken. Fijne schone studio en leuk ingericht!

Everything perfect, felt like home! So much personality in one house!

Saubere Loft, sehr detailliert gestaltet und wirklich super Lage. Würden wir immer wieder hin fahren.

Un must. Idéalement situé entre l’aéroport et le centre-ville; comme un peu partout à Amsterdam le tramway et le bus est à un pas de la maison deux belles chambres, grand salon, cuisine super tout y est verres, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc.,; j’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation. On peut aller en ville pour les activités comme le restaurant, mais il y a également énormément d’offres locales, tout près, ce qui offre plusieurs options. Le fait d’être un peu éloigné du centre a quand même plusieurs avantages; moins d’achalandage touristique, et on a un peu le sentiment d’être un local à Amsterdam ce qui est très agréable. Il y a également deux épiceries de la chaîne hollandaises Albert Heijn tout près. Bref, tout tiller pour un séjour très agréable.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

Wir sind zu zweit angereist. War super ruhig und man konnte sein Ding machen. Gab keine Probleme und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Rauchern empfehle ich es sehr(420 freundlich)

Lokasyon gayet merkezi. Birçok yere yürüyerek 10-15 dk. Yanında metro ve tramvay durağı var. Central station yürüyerek 10 dk gibi Ev güzel ve kullanışlı tasarlanmış. Gayet ferah ve konforlu. Ev sahibi iletişime açık ve çok net ve hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Sadece cadde üstünde olduğu için .gece geç saatlerde araba ve yoldan geçen gençlerin seslerin rahatsız etmesine neden olabiliyor. Yazın normal tabi. Bir de kanal yanında olduğu için sivrisinek vardı. Sinek kovar getirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Sıcakta camları açıyorsunuz. Ben genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Coen was friendly and responsive, with a beautiful place that was well-located and easily walkable and accessible. We enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend Coen's place to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

We had a great stay at Reinoud's apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the tram and metro lines, making it very easy to get all over Amsterdam. Reinoud was a very responsive host, making sure that all was taken care of for us to access the apartment when we arrived and providing a comprehensive email regarding the apartment functions and nearby restaurants before we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Der Aufenthalt in Marks Apartment war super. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Wohlfühltraum in toller Lage und super ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!

Eine schöne Unterkunft, von der aus man Amsterdam und Noord-Holland erkunden kann.

There is nothing much to say. Their place is amazing. They're extremely helpful, she informed us about everything about the house and the city. The house was tidy, towels and sheets were clean. The cats are the cutest!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war wie erwartet, die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen, unten beim Eingang ist eine Gästetoilette. Im ersten Geschoss ist der wunderschöne große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und zwei Balkonen, der eine direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Man hat einen Fernseher in der Küche und die Möglichkeit eine Leinwand mit Laptop oder Konsole zu nutzen. Umgebung sehr ruhig, Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Restaurants alles andere in Max 20 fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu dritt genossen und ausreichend Platz! Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und Wanne. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und auch im Kühlschrank war ausreichend Platz, Wir danken Martin sehr für sein Vertrauen und die tolle Zeit in Loosdrecht. Wir würden wiederkommen, vielleicht mal im Sommer :)

Super schöne Unterkunft! Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und der Garten mit Hot tub ist ein großes Plus

Dieses Haus hat alles zu bieten um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen ! Für Familen oder auch mehreren Personen perfekt geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig und eine wunderschöne Gegend! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet! Es war blitzsauber und das Kinofeeling und der Garten haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet :) es gibt sehr viel zu unternehmen : Giethoorn village Pfannkuchenhaus Hänsel und Gretel nordwijk (Beachclub und Beach) Amsterdam Volendam Alles mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und wunderschöne Ziele ! Für uns war das Haus ein Traum und auch Peter war sehr hilfsbereit ! Die Gegend hat einzigartige Häuser die man bei einem Spaziergang anschauen kann. Es gibt auch gleich einen Lidl und Albert Heijn 5 min entfernt. So kann man gut einkaufen! Ich hoffe wir können an diesem Ort zurückkehren !

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

Well looked after and stylish Appartment with great double double glazing to keep out the street noises. You cannot find a better location transport wise.. Best bakery right down the street.. Bakhuys! ...

Great apartment and excellent location! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood a little away from the more touristy areas, and being able to see a canal from the apt was wonderful.
