Sie ist bequem auch mit dem vorhandenen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein großer lichtdurchfluteter Raum mit einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einer Küche mit Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein separater Raum. Zum Anger oder Domplatz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Restaurants, bars (can be audible at night) and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. Sunny apartment in the Brühler suburb, quiet and green located in the immediate vicinity of the Luisenpark and the charming old town. Cathedral Square is just a 10-minute walk away.
