Charming atypical townhouse of 41 m2, 10 minutes from the train station on foot. The accommodation is quiet in a small co property with private parking. Staircase a little steep, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets allowed (no enclosed garden) walks along the Seine 3 minutes away. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking access is provided on a private terrace (5 m2 not enclosed) at the entrance of the house outside. Linens: sheets and towels are provided. All you have to do is show up!

Ideal for 2 people, this large studio can however accommodate up to 4 people thanks to an additional bed on the mezzanine. It is close to the old town of Conflans with all the shops nearby. Parking is available opposite on the quays. The access ladder to the mezzanine bed is quite narrow and requires some flexibility, there are no barriers it is not suitable for young children.
