Gîte des Abeilles Cosy Rural & Tranquil with pool

Situated on the outskirts of a quiet hamlet in Chives, this charming cottage with its stone walls, exposed beams and original fireplace has recently been fully restored. An ideal space for 2/4 people which includes kitchen, living and dining area, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the swimming pool, picnicking in the orchard or walking the surrounding countryside. A totally tranquil place to enjoy your stay.

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Stay in this charming townhouse entirely at your disposal, comprising 3 bedrooms for a unique stay. The 3rd bedroom, in the attic, offers a cozy atmosphere despite a low ceiling height. Located just a 7-minute walk to downtown and the train station, enjoy an ideal location for your adventures. During your stay, all areas of the house are accessible, except the cellar and the dressing room on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floors.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Only a few steps away from the flat, the beautiful green way along the river: there are endless possibilities for cycling, hiking or canoeing. The studio is on the 3d floor (no lift).
