Home 13 è situata nel cuore del centro storico di Anguillara, ma a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi). Ideale per un week-end immersi nella natura: con possibilità di trekking e passeggiate a cavallo o in bici nel Parco di Bracciano/Martignano. Il treno collega Roma (SAN PIETRO) in soli 33 minuti, e l’aeroporto di Fiumicino dista 33 km. Home 13 è perfetta per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone ed è dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, condizionatore e wi-fi).

The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Cozy apartment inside a splendid period building from the early 1700s located in the quietest and most reserved part of the village. The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.

in a quiet and isolated area for relaxing days, near the Rome - Viterbo railway that takes you in 25/30 minutes to St. Peter's Square or in about 55/60 minutes to Viterbo, a few km from the Aeronautics Museum, the Castle of Bracciano and Lake Bracciano. Two-room apartment with double bed and bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and sofa bed Outside, a large garden with a barbecue, swing, jumping, and in summer a large swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September) is available.
