Holiday rentals with lake access in Anguillara Sabazia

This is such a beautiful and charming cottage! It is full of character, has a beautiful garden, is in an extremely peaceful location but still very easy to get to both the lake and the town. Communication was fast and clear and I was very well taken care of by the host’s friends who made checking in and out extremely easy. They were welcoming and made sure I had a great time while there. The cottage was clean, beautiful and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

We had a fantastic time! Trevigiano is a hidden gem just outside Rome and the apartment as well. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The balcony has a great view. Pietro is a great and attentive host. We will be back

Great place to stay. Very accessible to the whole city. I got around on a scooter and got to know the whole city of Rome perfectly. The area may seem chaotic at first, but it is actually the essence of the place and its culture. The apartment is amazing, everything is impeccable. Space, quality and first-class details! Anyway, I recommend this place. I would stay again every time I visit Rome.

Giulio’s apartment is a quiet break from the busy tourist spots of Rome. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the Tiber, you can easily catch public transportation to visit tourist spots. The apartment was super clean, and Giulio was a great help with local recommendations. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful jewel of an Airbnb. The location is fantastic, situated right at the base of the castle. The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

The house is very large and very comfortable for 6 people. The plus was the garden and patios The location is fantastic, just steps from the lake and all amenities. Riccardo is a great host. kind and attentive to any detail. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Perfect location to easily explore the city. Walking distance to metro, tram, and bus routes. Beautiful building and flat. Everything needed is provided with grocery stores, coffee/pastry shops and restaurants close by. Marina is responsive and kindly shares her wisdom of Rome helping us to explore the city and sites with the time we had. You certainly won't be disappointed with the flat or Marina.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

pros: Lovely place in a secluded and peaceful area. the patio and yard are especially beautiful. Antonella was a gracious host. a minor con: the keys to the front door are a little hard to use- you have to turn them three times to the left and then a little further to open the door.

Barbara's casaletto is a magical place to be. the house itself is cosy and welcoming and the garden is so special. The location is amazing, you are right on the lake with clear waters and lots of activities to do. we didn't have a car and walking to the lakeside restaurants was not far but would recommend head torches if coming back in the dark. The walk up to Bracciano is very steep and with a buggy the further away path is the only passable one and it is so worth it. The view, the castle, the restaurants and ice cream. Barbara was a fantastic host and we truly had the most incredible days and will definitely be coming back year after year. Thank you, Barbara you have created a little paradise
