Villa on the lake with a pool

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Pool closed after november 15.

Il treno collega Roma (SAN PIETRO) in soli 33 minuti, e l’aeroporto di Fiumicino dista 33 km. Home 13 è perfetta per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone ed è dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, condizionatore e wi-fi).

This typical Italian home (with AC for summer nights) is the perfect location for your couple or family holidays! I grew up in this village and hope you will equally feel at home in this hidden gem, in the heart of the historical center of Anguillara :)

The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

Bright flat, named CINQUEGATTI, with breath-taking views over Rome and Castel Gandolfo. The flat is located in a 19th century villa with a panoramic terrace. It is divided on 2 floors. On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

The Old Town and the Lake

The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The area, full of shops and restaurants is a lively part of the village but not noisy. Your small four-legged friends are also our friends (but let us know!).

The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.
