Villa du Marmot is located on the first heights of the village of Plancherine halfway between the top of the Col de Tamié and the city of Albertville (less than 7 minutes by car). The villa is a 67 m² 4-star rated furnished tourist accommodation. It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. Guests will appreciate the views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The back yard is fully fenced.

Situé dans les hauteurs de Sevrier, cet espace entièrement rénové est composé d’une grande pièce à vivre, avec un coin salon et une grande salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte. Deux chambres, l’une avec 1 lit double et l’autre avec 2 lits simple. Nous partageons la terrasse, le barbecue et le jardin et acceptons le chien qui s’entendra avec le notre. Be careful of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping ground, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in small children or people with limited mobility.
