Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

Ferienhaus mit Hof in typischem burgenländischen Streckhof im Zentrum von Illmitz. 6 Schlafzimmer mit 11 Betten, teils Dopplebetten stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Es steht zwei Bäder, eines im März 2026 neu renoviert, und 3 WCs zur Verfügung. Im Hof befindet sich ein Esstisch. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ebenso WLAN und 2 TV-Geräte.

Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.

Sehr zentral & nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz gelegen, ist die örtliche Infrastruktur leicht erreichbar.
