Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to SFA University and minutes away from restaurants, walking trails, pickle ball courts and the downtown area. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home can easily accommodate 6 adults. A large tv viewing area equipped with surround sound makes for a much desired family gathering space. A nice modular home fully furnished, sleeps 3-4 comfortably just a few miles from historic downtown Nacogdoches. Come sit on the back porch and enjoy the outdoors. Stroll down the road to the pasture across road to see Zena the Zebra, Expo the Henni (mini horses/donkey) Blaze, and Little Man the horses. If hot they will retreat to shed in back of pasture. Excuse the weird noise you might hear it will be the guineas or geese being yard protectors.
