The house "Côté château" is in a pedestrian street, there is 5 minutes walking to the Cité and 800 meters to the Bastide (downtown of the Cité). The house is completly eqquiped for a conveniant and enjoyable stay for young and old alike. Two little patios enable to eat the breakfast or have an aperitif. The kitchen is eqquiped with a frige-freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, microwave, cafetiere, kettle. There are in the house lots of games, books, DVD's.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
