Waterfront holiday rentals in Aransas Pass

We booked this place just a day before the long weekend. Still, we felt the price was too good. The home is spotless with the all amenities you need. Everything was well-stocked. It’s literally 1-2 min drive to the beach, which was a bonus! I would love stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside condo! It was cozy, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was kind and very responsive throughout our stay. And if you’re looking for the best possible view—look no further. The ocean view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

Being so close to the water made it incredibly easy to enjoy early morning and late afternoon trips—it was peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what we needed to disconnect for a bit. The location was ideal as well. Having shops, restaurants, and everything else so close by made the trip convenient. Thank you again for your kind hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay!!! The house was clean, relaxing and spacious. Parking was great, and the top patio was relaxing to drink some coffee, or just enjoy the view. Evan was quick at responding and I definitely would recommend his place to anyone!!! He was an amazing host!!! There were 4 of us that stayed at Jaime’s home. Before the reservation was made, I had a few questions, and Jaime responded quickly. The home was perfect for us, fishing off the back deck, close to the Laguna Madre. There were a couple of issues with the boat lift, and he responded within the hour. Would definitely stay there again!

When staying in someone else’s home while on vaca u don’t know what to expect! Well this cozy home was perfect! The description was on point, it was cozy, clean, everything we needed was available, quiet neighborhood, near beaches and stores. We were beyond pleased and definitely recommend!

10/10 Rental! Highly recommend and hope to visit again! This was the perfect rental for a family vacay with our parents, adult children and granddaughter. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals and there were extra tables and chairs. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock! It was just a short drive to the beach and the garage had everything we needed right down to the beach chairs!

George was a great host, always answered questions in prompt and friendly manner! The place was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the backyard area for a wonderful family gathering and cookout! My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay was awesome and there was something for everyone in our group from playing pool to kayaking. We had a blast and will definitely be booking with Kristen again!!

This house is ideal to enjoy some quality time on the beach with family. So close to the water and all the amenities that this listing offers makes it very convenient to spend time on the beach and just relax. Good Job Team Starkey! Our family just loved this place! Pictures do it justice for sure, and the name sealed the deal for me lol…because it’s my name! The condo was incredibly spacious with a large kitchen, plus a second smaller kitchen/bar area with a whole other full-size fridge. Perfect for all the groceries needed to feed everyone over the 3 days. The master bedroom & bathroom are awesome, and the living areas had huge windows for a fantastic view of the ocean! We would definitely book here again. Had a wonderful time!

Great ocean view. Loved sitting on the patio and listening to the ocean in the morning and at night. You can be in the water in less than a 5 min. These condos are about as close to the water as you can get. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Room is very clean and just as shown in photos. Downtown Port A is a few minutes away. Very pleased with our stay here. Our family will be back again.

This is a beachfront condo you can walk to the beach. That was a plus since we had our 2 grandkids with us. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Down the street was a market where we picked up groceries to save on eating out. Beach was easy to access. We only used the chairs provided but other beach essentials were on site. I had no questions because everything was communicated clearly with signs and a binder. Even a place for sandy shoes outside. Neighbors in building and throughout complex were quiet and respectful. The balcony had great views!

The “Carmel” was exactly as advertised. We had a great time staying. Very comfortable for a small group. Very gracious hosts, they provided great details of the area and about the place so nothing was left unanswered. I would definitely recommend and book again!

We loved our stay here and decided it will be the place we’ll check first when looking to visit North Padre Island. Everything was as described, and Colleen was great with communication as needed. The condo itself was very cute and comfortable, and the nice welcome gift was a sweet surprise! The location is ideal as it’s very convenient when going back and forth to the beach, and we loved the big windows and view of the beach while inside. Sitting outside in the lounge chairs was also very enjoyable, especially in the morning with coffee. Even though it’s part of a small set of beachside condos, it still felt private. We traveled with our dog, and I really appreciated the fact that there was not a separate pet fee AND Colleen has done such a great job with making sure pet owners have small bags for pet waste pick-up, a faucet/hose outside to clean pets (and feet), and towels for your dog too. We felt so at ease here and will definitely stay again!
