We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

his place was amazing. her mom welcomes you with smile. its like you stay in your aunts house. the place is great. all the things to stay comfortably is there. the location was amazing. its near to all the places i want to go by walking. and there is convenient store thats open 24/7. its near to cascade and even the republic square. and before we leave the place. flowers sfarting to blooms. i hope more people gets your place, because photos are little under rated but its good place. beds are good and bathroom. thanks alot for accomodating us even we do early check in and early check out. thank you🥰🥰🥰🥰

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. Great , Just a great apartment in the smallest center of the city ! The location , you can't find it better - perfect. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, also literally a few steps away there are supermarkets, coffee shops, an exchanger, banks and a variety of shops, Very convenient and comfortable... The balcony has a beautiful view of the cathedral, there are also a couple of chairs, it's nice to sit in the evenings. The apartment itself is very clean and very cozy, it feels like home. Everything is available - from a microwave to washing powder, slippers , soap , toothbrushes paste , paper, comb, towel - Everything is available... There is oil, salt, tea, coffee all the necessary utensils - you can cook. In the bedroom is huge bed, comfortable sofa in the hall.( which opens ) Slept well, very quiet at night. TV with apps, you can watch YouTube, but the biggest plus is the host. Incredibly warm-hearted and helpful person to reach out to with any question and he is a duty

Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, and very comfortable. It’s perfectly located right in the city center. Check-in was smooth and easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

I’ve spent a month in Eddi’s apartment in Yerevan. I highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and has windows on both sides of the building. The interior nicely combines parquet floor, warm grey walls and carefully selected vintage furniture. A really nice vibe. BTW, there is an oven (which is not very common in Yerevan). There is a lot of storage space in numerous wardrobes. The apartment is located near a pretty lively spot in the center of Yerevan. The building itself is in a nice lane, and it’s really quiet in the apartment. There is a bunch of good restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a minute away. Overall, anywhere you would like to go in the center of Yerevan is pretty close to this apartment. I never had to use a taxi. I also recommend the Lover’s park located just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Michael was a very responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. The flat was clean, spacious enough for our needs, and located in a peaceful and convenient area - a great base for exploring the city. There were a few minor drawbacks: the lack of blackout curtains made it quite bright in the mornings, and the chairs weren’t ideal for working long hours - a couple could also use some fixing. The TV is on the smaller side if you're planning a night in. The shared rooftop has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from some upgrades to fully enjoy the space. Overall, it was a very good stay. Despite the small issues, I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

This flat is absolutely stunning, and will be my go to when staying in Yerevan. The balcony is beautiful, the flat feels modern, it is absolutely huge. Location is also perfect - plenty to do and close to all the sights. Worth every penny!

So quiet place and beautiful to wake up with a tree and birds infront of the bedroom.
