We had very Good communication with the person in charge for our check in. Apartment was clean. Location was the best.

очень качественное желье, расположение супер, дом хороший. в квартире действительно есть все что может пригодиться и даже больше. хозяйка всегда отвечает, и готова помочь. единственный минус это матрасы в комнате с односпальными кроватями (уж слишком чувствуются пружины), но на двуспальной кровати матрас супер.

Staying here was a great experience, the view is amazing. Although the location isn’t super walkable to other things food can deliver easily. Staff is super friendly and building is nice. Thanks!

Ev gayet şık döşenmiş ve gayet temizdi. Konumu tam olarak mükemmel. Birebir tarif edildiği gibiydi, ayrıca eve girişinizde birakmis olduklari ufak içecekler yol yorgunluğu icin çok yardımcı oluyor. Beklentilerimin üstünde memnun edici bir deneyim oldu, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca beraber çalıştıkları transfer ekibi gayet sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever, onları da unutmamış olayım =)

Great place! All major locations and restaurants are nearby) We never had to call a taxi. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the mattress and pillows, after which my back and neck ached. But this is important if you are over 30😅 Otherwise everything is perfect!

Оставались на две недели и нам очень все понравилось. Квартира очень просторная и с хорошим ремонтом. Была оснащена всем необходимым, полотенцами, одеялами и т.п. Очень удобное расположение, близко и в пешей доступности к ресторанам и достопримечательностям и рядом круглосуточный супермаркет. Мы очень влюбились в балкон, который был огромнейшего размера, прекрасно подходил для отдыха и семейного ужина. Огромное спасибо Александру за дружелюбность, отзывчивость и гостеприимство, за гибкость во времени заселения и выезда.

Our stay was fantastic! We liked the apartment very much and will definitely return, when we come next time to Yerevan. The rooms are spacy. The place is quiet and safe as the street is guarded by security as it is close to the embassy of Kazakhstan.

Vlieg je binnenkort naar Yerevan? Dan raad ik het zeker aan om bij Ovsanna te verblijven. Je krijgt een warm welkom en je wordt behandeld als een familielid. Het appartement is groot, ruim en zeer schoon. Je hoort geen lawaai van de stad, het is er erg rustig. Het huis is erg warm, dus dat was prettig, vooral omdat het vriest (in de periode dat ik er was). Ovsanna zorgde voor een heerlijke maaltijd + ontbijt. een beter verblijf zul je denk ik niet vinden.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Хороший дом с красивым видом, хозяин Аршак был очень отзывчив и помогал, если возникали какие-то сложности по дому дому. Недалеко есть магазины и общественный транспорт в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira

The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!

The central location cannot be any better. Plenty great restaurants right there. Huge apartment on the top floor (no lift though). The host was extremely quick to respond to any questions and fixed a few concerns we had. He also helped my elderly parents with bags and ensured they got taxi to the airport.
