Holiday rentals with a patio in Arbatax

We had a very nice week at Fabiano's place We were greeted by Andrea the co-host who was available all week for us. We had a very pleasant time with him and we thank him again for these conversations, his Italian classes and his generosity. We highly recommend this place, you can go there without second thought!

I can highly recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's, who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden. Only the unpaved road to the accommodation was probably affected by the rain. Nevertheless, it was no problem even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) to drive on it. So, you don't have to worry about it! If we are looking for a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back :)

The owner is very kind and helped us solve many problems during the trip. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

Federica was super helpful and always responded quickly. The vacation home was very clean, well equipped and you felt right at home. I can only recommend Casa Chicca. It was a 15-minute walk from a very nice, quiet and child-friendly beach. The pool was very clean and gave our child a lot of joy.

Stefano was super helpful and kind. She gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants. Perfect hospitality and continuous availability. A real landmark. Cozy, clean and comfortable house. Highly recommended.

Simple but essential accommodation, with a delightful patio overlooking the countryside and Baunei view. Geneva's welcome and its directions for visiting the area are priceless. The nearest beach, deserted, with a wonderful pine forest is a real gem. The oysters from the nearby fishermen's cooperative are also delicious. Ogliastra is beautiful!!!!

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

We had a perfect time even in off-season period in november.

Even though we only stayed at the Airbnb for two nights, we had a wonderful stay! We loved the Airbnb, everything as described and the garden was particularly beautiful! In April we had the beach almost to ourselves. Bathing was even possible, so like to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Basilia's new place which worked brilliantly for our 10 day holiday with two young kids. The house is great - three good bedrooms, a lovely big well-equipped kitchen and dining space, a huge covered outside terrace, nice garden, a courtyard around the back, and a roof terrace too. The location was fantastic with a nice quiet neighbourhood all around, a good local beach less than 10 minutes walk down the road, and the superb Cea beach about 10 minutes drive away. There's also a good local supermarket in Bari Sardo, and even more options about 20 minutes away in Tortoli. This part of Sardinia requires some travelling to get to so a car is necessary, but we thought it worth the trip. Basilia and her family are friendly and helpful, and we hope to be able to visit again in the future, note that Basilia also rents out a smaller apartment next door which may offer up other options for family/friends. A beautiful holiday home with a great terrace and "TOP" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Small villa with beautiful perfect views. Close to the beach. Very private and quiet.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars - because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

The apartment is very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the spaces are large and welcoming. The rooms stay cool during the day, I've never needed to turn on the air conditioner. The village of Cardedu is close to many seaside resorts, but also to wilder landscapes. Thank you very much to Mrs. Lucia for her kindness and hospitality throughout the stay, it was a pleasure! I will definitely be back

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Nice place, good host

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
