I had a fantastic stay at this apartment - it was everything I needed and more! The place itself was comfortable and really well set up. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, the city centre, and some truly beautiful parks and walking routes just a short stroll away. What made the experience even better was the host, Nicoletta - incredibly attentive, always helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend and I will certainly be back!

Very friendly and responsive host, very helpful as well. Highly recommend if you want to live abit further from the city itself, bus was super near the house, and it’ll take you straight to the city in less than 15 mins. Would definitely stay at Stafenia’s house if I’m back in Florence again!

Fluvio’s apartment was exactly as described, nicely furnished, very spacious, nicely equipped and decorated. Host communicated with us all the time and was always available whenever we needed any informations or recommendations about literally anything in Florence. Great view at a driveway overlooking charming Tuscan hills. We had a nice and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend it and come back. The only thing is if you’re coming with a bigger car be cautious because roads can be very narrow.

Elly was an amazing host. She came by the apartment and showed us maps and recommendations for Florence. The apartment itself was clean and as advertised. It was really nice to be able to do laundry while on our trip. Highly recommend!
