Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arden-Arcade

We’ve stayed here before and will again. Chelsea is very responsive and the back yard is huge - perfect for a game of Frisbee with our eight-year-old granddaughter!

I had such a great stay at Ashley’s house! I stayed for a month for work reasons. The house is cozy and homey. The neighborhood is just lovely, with lots of trees and beautiful homes, and walkable to multiple coffee shops, book shops, and restaurants. The house is well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom basics you could need. Ashley was very responsive, always helpful, and proactive (she check in with me several times to make sure I didn’t need anything). And the off street parking spot was the cherry on top! I have no complaints, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town!

We truly loved staying here. From the moment we arrived, the space felt cozy, calm, and so thoughtfully put together. Every little detail—from the comfy bed to the extras like soap, tools, and even writing supplies—made it feel like more than just a rental. In the morning, we had coffee outside while listening to birds and admiring the beautiful garden. It was peaceful and inspiring. Debra is a wonderful host—you can really feel the care she puts into this home. It made our trip feel easy and special in the best way.

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

The pool! The Hottub! The multiple rooms and beds for colleagues make this a great place to rent for business stuff. Mia was generous with an early check in offer and great at communicating and responding if any issues came up. The pool was awesome, the hot tub lovely! Highly recommend this rental. We stayed at this house for 6 days for an event we were attending in West Sacramento…..The house was a perfect spot for us….The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals….We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evenings as well while our dog ran around…..I would recommend staying at this house while in West Sacramento

Exceptional! The Nest is aptly named and charming; the furnishings are better than the pictures. The Treehouse hosts thought of every detail to make my stay perfect. The location is convenient for walking, and the patio and firepit were enjoyable features. I will always fondly remember my week at The Nest and hope to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

Easy to communicate!! Nice spacious 2 bedroom place

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

We had a plumbing emergency at our home. My husband my self and our two young kids had to scramble to find something close to school and works. This space was perfect we felt right at home and it’s was close to where we needed to be! The host were so great at dealing with me when I was stressed. Can not recommend this space enough it had everything we needed to not have our home life feel even more out of whack. The pictures don’t do this space justice light homey and clean! Thank you Marcus and Emily for being such a great host!

Such a great location! We loved having the close-in downtown location with an easy walk to Old Town Sacramento! The secured garage parking gave us peace of mind, and the condo was very cozy. We didn’t utilize the pool and spa during our stay, but it looked pretty amazing. Wish we had more time to spend there!
