Kelsey’s place was perfect for my weekend getaway with my partner! There was coffee and tea along with a few snacks. It was bright, exactly like the photos. A cute spot for just the two of us. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe parking on the street. Very comfortable bed as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great staying at Thao’s. We were there for a couple of days for a concert and the accommodated plenty and were always so proactive and responsive. Would come back again

Anna’s place was fantastic! Clean, clean, clean in every single room, on every single surface, even the windows were spotless! No clutter, well-appointed rooms, comfy beds, with nice pillows and sheets. Beautiful bathroom and all new appliances in the kitchen. Super quiet, nice, walkable neighborhood. The front of the house has lovely curb appeal with a manicured lawn, and beautiful hydrangea bushes, while the back yard is very relaxing and comfortable with outdoor furniture, a lovely green lawn, and horses just beyond the fence. All in all, Anna’s place is top notch across the board, in every category! One can tell immediately that she takes great pride in her place! Thank you so much for making my stay in Sacramento such a pleasant one Anna!

Mandy was a wonderful host! Her home had everything we needed and Mandy went above & beyond to support us during our stay with all the best restaurant & coffeehouse recommendations! We were visiting Sacramento to explore our son attending college & Mandy was supportive in our stay and even afterwards helping us as we look for a permanent residence for him! Mandy is super kind, easy to talk to, and knows Sacramento — you can tell really loves the area! The house is super cute! Fab location and all the amenities you need — even a milk brother for your coffee which is a huge A+ in my book! We’ll stay again for sure !

Angelina and Ivan's 1BR 1BA place is really well thought out, sparkly clean, attractively furnished, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the substantial open area in the living room for doing exercise. The kitchen lacks nothing. Effortless check-in and free parking pluses as well. The neighborhood is clearly on the the rise and I always felt safe. Easy walks to the ballpark and across that magnificent bridge to downtown and Old Sacremento. I will mention that a lovely and considerate family lives in the adjacent half of this duplex, so if you are a light sleeper, just have a plan for the very normal noises of footsteps that are transmitted. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Host was great! Only thing was that you can't put the A/C under 72 or the system freezes. Otherwise, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to a lot of places and beautiful trees everywhere! Great stay.

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Overall it was a great place to stay during our trip to Sacramento. Since it’s located downtown, most things are walkable and there are plenty of lime scooters nearby for longer distances. Mesha and Chris are also very responsive and helpful if you need anything. The place was clean and the area was beautiful. Only thing was occasionally we could hear the people upstairs, but it was nothing that wouldn’t stop me from booking here again. Friendly neighbors too. Met my expectations easily and I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in Sacramento.

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

I really enjoyed my stay. Ira was responsive and communicative, and the unit had good amenities. I loved that there was a patio area. Keep in mind that the home is in the heart of Oak Park, so expect to see the sights and hear the sounds of a vibrant neighborhood (buses, firetrucks, etc.). There was good food nearby and it was conveniently located. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

Honestly loved my stay here ! Quiet little street but also around the corner from everything! I would recommend staying here for sure . She couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, even extended my stay for me just to help me out with a later check out time. 5 star host

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my niece’s graduation, traveling from both the north and south ends of California to meet in Sacramento. This villa-like home was the perfect place to gather — much more comfortable and welcoming than a hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic — very close to downtown with convenient access to the freeway, yet peaceful and quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Parking was also easy, with one space available in the garage. The home itself is spotless and beautifully furnished with elegant décor. Despite the warm June weather, the air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable. The host was kind and very responsive, answering our questions quickly and helpfully. We’re so grateful for a lovely stay and would definitely return again! If you’re looking for a stylish, villa-like home that offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere — this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
