Holiday rentals with beach access in Arenals del Sol

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is just as described in text and on the images. The place was clean, had everything you could ask for and the communication was superb without any delay. I would recommend anyone that wants to go to Gran Alacant to consider this apartment! The pool area was great, very inviting and super calm.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. I welcomed in the year 2025 with my family in front of the beach. In peace, joy and harmony, is there anything better than that? The apartment is much nicer in person, its views are spectacular, and the energy of the apartment is very nice and fluid, you can get here by bus from the Renfe Alicante terminal. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Especially SAMUEL and his father were very attentive and responsive to any mishap and situation. In conclusion, if your intention is to spend a vacation away from the noise and chaos of the capital, this is undoubtedly an excellent option. We were there in the middle of winter and the temperature was always between 18 and 20 degrees. THANK YOU SAMUEL and family for making your home available 🏡 😌✨🙏

The stay was very good and we really enjoyed the views from the accommodation, the sun on the terrace and also that the accommodation had everything you need to stay there for several days in comfort. The accommodation is very complete. We would have loved to continue, but some construction work began in the building and they were very understanding of the situation. Highly recommended!!! Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Jose's place was perfect for a get away with my parents. Jose was great at communicating including details for arrival, local recommendations and answering any questions I had. The apartment was spotless! There were a few seasonings available and toiletries which made our initial arrival that bit easier. The view from the balcony was superb and made mornings that bit more enjoyable. Despite the hill and boardwalk up from the beach, we will definitely return.
