We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

A very good place to stay!

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking the taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right in the liveliest part of Alicante's Old Town. It is close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Very well located accommodation in relation to the beach and shops. The accommodation is clean, spacious, the terrace is very sunny and offers a beautiful view.

The apartment was perfect! We spent three nights there with six women. The apartment matches the description and the pool area is wonderful. The apartment also included a robot vacuum cleaner, which made our vacation easier. The biggest plus was when our flight arrived late at night and the shops were not open, so Belen went to the store for us in advance. Crazy! We'll come again!

We are very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is modern of high standard. All amenities are at our disposal. We were really like at home. The owner is very kind and responsive. We're already thinking about coming back.

Lovely apartment, with sea views, a short distance from the fabulous beach. The shared facilities were fabulous, with a very well-kept pool area with bar, and a gym. One or two eateries in walking distance, and small shops for essentials. Supermarkets were a short drive away. A pin for the location to access the parking would be really helpful, but other than that, check in was a really good service, good comms, and arrived in 5 mins.

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.

The house has an excellent location, very close to the beach, and it’s spacious and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great experience and definitely recommend it!

I welcomed in the year 2025 with my family in front of the beach. In peace, joy and harmony, is there anything better than that? The apartment is much nicer in person, its views are spectacular, and the energy of the apartment is very nice and fluid, you can get here by bus from the Renfe Alicante terminal. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Especially SAMUEL and his father were very attentive and responsive to any mishap and situation. In conclusion, if your intention is to spend a vacation away from the noise and chaos of the capital, this is undoubtedly an excellent option. We were there in the middle of winter and the temperature was always between 18 and 20 degrees. THANK YOU SAMUEL and family for making your home available 🏡 😌✨🙏

Beautiful appartment very well equiped in a great location close to beach and local restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus. A big thank you to Margot who was accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

The stay was very good and we really enjoyed the views from the accommodation, the sun on the terrace and also that the accommodation had everything you need to stay there for several days in comfort. The accommodation is very complete. We would have loved to continue, but some construction work began in the building and they were very understanding of the situation. Highly recommended!!! Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

We spent two weeks here at Paco and Carmens apartment. The location was perfect for my family and I. The space was very comfortable and the view was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made full use of the swimming pool on site which my daughter loved. The beach is only a short distance away which was ideal with a toddler. There are nice playgrounds nearby too and restaurants. Paco was great and helped us out if we had any queries. We also hired a car the second week which was nice as we got some nearby towns.
