Holiday rentals with a patio in Arenals del Sol

Great apartment, not much surrounding, but we were happy using the pool and the hot tub to fill our days.

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

Really enjoyed our stay, despite it being during the school holidays the apartments were quiet. This apartment was modern, very clean, great balcony and pool. A good supermarket 5 mins drive away.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the location was very central. The host was very responsive and even came to the apartment when we had an air con issue. He also booked us a taxi during the busy festival times, and made sure we got to the airport. We couldn’t recommend him and the apartment more, we will back! Thank you!

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

It was perfect location and very cozy apartment. We had everything we needed and also the terrace was just amazing. So friendly owner, such comfortable area. Literally 8 minutes from the beach. We would definitely come back

Uncomplicated and easy. Great recommendations of local restaurants and activities. Close to beaches and supermarket. No noisy bars near by. Host very helpful and responded very quickly if I had any questions.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was very clean, well equipped and just like in the pictures. The location was quiet and ideal for excursions in the area. Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

We had an amazing weekend! The house is perfect and has everything, plus with the pool and barbecue you don't even need to leave. Ideal for spending a few days with friends. Adela is great, very kind and willing to help. Her husband, Manolo, has also been great with us. It's definitely worth it!! Thank you for everything

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was impeccably clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply enchanting, something that made the experience even more welcoming. The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.
