Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Apartment ten minutes by car from the airport. Great selection of good restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. Supermarkets nearby. Protected walking areas such as Clot del Galvany. Boat to the island of Tabarca, a ten-minute drive. Garage and swimming pool. *NO PETS*

Nice and cozy accommodation on the 1st floor that has a private solarium, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room with an Italian sofa bed and air conditioning, ideal for 4 guests to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The private development includes 2 swimming pools, a children's recreational area, and a numbered covered parking space. It is located 1200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from leisure areas and restaurants. No pets. No parties and events.

The apartment is next to the sea (the +50m2 terrace offers an unlimited direct view on the sea) and is part of the luxurious residence Infinity View (with 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi's, fitness, sauna, steam bath, childrens’ playground, tennis-, paddel- and basketball courts). One pool and 2 jacuzzi’s are heated throughout the whole year. Complete and luxurious finishing and parking space (Number 6B). You can avoid the stairs to the beach by using an elevator to street level.
