Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal and a short distance to both these towns. In about 30 minutes you are in the zoo in Kristiansand. The house has 3 bedrooms in the main house, and a garden room that is used as an extra room. 2 of the bedrooms in the main house have double beds, one of the rooms has a 120 cm bed. The summer living room has a double bed. Cuddly cats live permanently in the house, must be fed by those who rent.

All facilities for a family with small children, children's toys, high chairs, sprinkler bed, swings, trampoline, inflatable children's pool, etc. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. There are also exercise machines in the outdoor shed, if the tenant likes to get a little workout during the holiday. In the storage room in connection with the kitchen there is a small workstation with desk. We have also installed a heat pump that is as useful on hot summer days (A/C) as in winter.
