There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Hytten er plassert i et flott turområde med flere badestrender i nærheten. Det er mulighet til å leie seg inn i oppvarmet badstu like ved hytten. Parkeringsplasser medfølger.

Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
